Medical Office Assistant - Aylmer, ON

The Medical Office Assistant will work within a team providing support to patients and providers in our Aylmer clinic. This position maintains appointments, scheduling, EMR management and billing systems, and provides clerical, administrative support and reception functions.


  • Medical Office Assistant Certificate or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Three to five years administrative support experience in a primary care health setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic environments, use of computers and various software. Experience with Practice Solutions is an asset.

All positions work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and are responsible for the provision of primary health care to the patients of the EEFHT.
