The Elgin Community Health Hub is a health care clinic part of the Thames Valley Family Health Team and are here to help you with:

• Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
• Managing a chronic illness
• Prenatal care
• Finding healthcare support in the community

You do not need to be a patient of Thames Valley Family Health Team to book an appointment.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 230 First Avenue, Suite 109, St. Thomas.
